Student survey campaign

The Brief: As part of a University-wide review of student services, the University of Derby required a name and brand and to run a comprehensive student survey campaign.

The Solution: Naming the campaign "Feedback", it launched with an off-beat poster campaign encouraging students to participate on paper, online or on video. Ground crew offered free tea and coffee to respondents... which also helped! A successful campaign in 2006 saw the brand retained for a re-run in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
